The mission of the Francis Ngannou Foundation is to provide the children of Cameroon with the skills to expand their horizons and realize their dreams.
We are honored to be building the first fully equipped gym in, Cameroon. We aspire to provide the chance to fight for good and open doors to a life unexpected. The Francis Ngannou Foundation is a non-profit organization created to enable the youth of Cameroon to take action in ways that make a significant, positive difference in their lives.
By daring to dream, Francis knows firsthand the impact that sport can have on one’s outlook- and outcome. Wanting to provide the same opportunity given to him for those in his hometown, the Francis Ngannou Foundation was formed. Using sports and teaching the principles of respect and discipline, we aim to arm these children with the skills to expand their horizons and realize their dreams.
The First Gym in Batié Cameroon
Training, fellowship, and team-building go hand-in-hand in the world of mixed martial arts. We work toward providing top-notch facilities where we can work with the children of Cameroon in pursuing their dreams of combat sports through a holistic coaching experience.
The Keys to Success
We see an opportunity to create change through the discipline and dedication of several sports. We know the importance of having access to a safe space and community where trainees can begin to discover and improve their skills while learning the fundamental lessons of sportsmanship.

Our ultimate goal is to build, educate, coach, and grow through our gyms and training. With the popularity of combat sports, we envision our trainees expanding their worldview and gaining the opportunity to explore the world, tap into their strengths, and achieve their dreams.

Our Founder
Francis Ngannou is a number one ranking UFC Heavyweight contender and internationally known for holding the record for highest punching power ever measured by the UFC, Francis aims not only at the title – but extending his providence to his hometown. Francis shared, “The purpose is not collecting things…I want to give an opportunity to children like me who dream of this sport.” When visiting Cameroon after his success, he witnessed the impression his own story made on many children there, saying “They saw I [have] a dream; they say, “I will be a champion in the MMA. I will do boxing like Francis…they are thinking that something is possible. Even when they are so poor, something is possible in life. It’s so hard, but it’s possible.”
